Water and Sanitaion (WASH)

Clean drinking water, hygiene, and sanitation play an important part in maintaining health. Contaminated water causes many water-borne infections like diarrhoea, and also serves as a carrier for vectors such as mosquitoes spreading epidemics. Therefore, it contributes to controlling enteric diseases and the overall Health.

ERRADA implemented a project in South Darfur which was Rehabilitation of hand dug well for water in Locality of katila donated by the UNDP in the year 2016.

Errada also have experience in controlling waste disposal ,building latrines, performing workshops on general hygiene and safety.
